My experience with US Loan Auditors was satisfactory. I am still waiting for the results from my case with My US Legal Services, which is very frustrating to me. I thought that I would have some sort of news months ago! Client Services was very nice and every time I call, he always talks to me or calls me back, but this waiting thing is killing me. Client Services told me that this wait is standard (4-6 months), as they have cases in front of mine but I wish they would hurry. That is why I say that they are only “okay.” I wish I would have had results sooner.

My US Legal Services is a great legal brain. They knew everything about loans and foreclosures and predatory lending and I felt very comfortable signing up with them. They really knew their information and seemed to really have a good grasp of the legal system and what they could do for me. I am very excited about going with them.
